Welcome to Dadi Bali Adventures! Before embarking on your ATV adventure, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
1. Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance through our website, WhatsApp, or at our location.
- Full payment is required upon booking to confirm your reservation.
- Prices are inclusive of safety equipment, insurance, and access to facilities unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather), tours may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.
3. Safety Requirements
- Participants must be in good physical condition and free from any medical conditions that could affect their ability to safely operate an ATV.
- Minimum age for drivers is 12 years old. Passengers must be at least 7 years old for tandem rides.
- All participants are required to wear the provided safety gear, including helmets and boots.
4. Liability and Insurance
- Dadi Bali Adventures provides insurance coverage for all participants up to IDR 500,000,000.
- Participants are responsible for following safety instructions and guidelines provided by our guides. Failure to comply may result in exclusion from the tour without a refund.
- Dadi Bali Adventures is not liable for any personal items lost or damaged during the tour.
5. Tour Modifications
- The routes and duration of the tours are subject to change based on weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors.
- Any changes will be communicated to participants as early as possible.
6. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to respect the natural environment, including wildlife and local communities encountered during the tour.
- Reckless driving or behavior that endangers others will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the tour.
7. Personal Belongings
- Secure storage lockers are provided for your convenience, but participants are advised to avoid bringing valuables.
- Dadi Bali Adventures is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
8. Photography and Media
- By participating in the tour, you consent to Dadi Bali Adventures using any photos or videos taken during the activity for promotional purposes.
- If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us before the tour.

No prior experience is needed! Our professional guides provide a safety briefing and training session before every ride, ensuring that beginners and experienced riders alike can enjoy the adventure.
The Single ATV Adventure is for solo riders who want full control of their ATV, while the Tandem ATV Adventure allows two people to share one ATV, perfect for couples or families.
Yes! Children aged 7 and above can join as passengers on Tandem ATV rides, while drivers must be at least 12 years old. Our tours are designed to be safe and enjoyable for all ages.
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, waterproof shoes, a change of clothes, sunscreen, and insect repellent. Don’t forget a camera to capture the stunning scenery!
